Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Brand Image pada Pengguna IM3 Ooredoo. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 Responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah orang yang menggunkan kartu IM3 Ooredoo. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Variabel independen terdiri atas Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Layanan, variabel dependen terdiri atas Loyalitas Pelanggan, Variabel intervening terdiri dari Brand Image. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Persepsi Harga dan Loyalitas Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Image. Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Layanan memiliki nilai pengaruh langsung lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung.
